Refund policy

We have a 1 year warranty, which means you have 1 year after receiving your item to request an exchange in the event of a factory defect. Do note that for adjustable products, it is physically impossible for mechanisms to be totally sound-free. As a result, when using adjustable products such as our dumbbells, you can expect a little bit of rattling or creaking. Hence, returns initiated on this basis will not be approved.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship to you your replacement product. In this case, delivery will be free of charge.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will ship your replacement product within 10 business days.
