1) Do you have a physical store?

No, but we have 5 showrooms across the island. Our main showroom is at Tampines. Please check out our Locations page and make an appointment with us before visiting!

2) How long does delivery take?

Anytime between 1 day to 1 week for in-stock items. We will provide you with an estimate after you have placed the order.

3) Difference between CARBYNE and Trulap Gen 4 dumbbells?

We use the same factory, there is only 1 difference: Trulap's cradle has suction cups that stick to the ground. We know how suction cups require frequent replacement, hence we opted not to offer it.

4) Difference between CARBYNE dumbbells and Quick Adjustable Dumbbells?

There are 2 main differences aside from the aesthetics: 1) CARBYNE dumbbells increase in 1.5kg increments. Quick ADs increase in 2.25kg (36kg version) or 2.5kg (40kg version) increments. 2) CARBYNE dumbbells have less small internal components, and hence are more durable (takes longer to wear and tear).

5) Are replacement parts available for your products?

Yes, most parts of our products can be replaced. If your product is no longer under warranty, reach out to us with your enquiry and we will do our best to provide you with the most cost-effective solution.
