I bought a pair of 2nd-hand nuobell and it's rack. The quality of the equipment are indeed very good. The selling agent was also upfront about the minor scratches , which took me a while to find upon delivery. I am fortunate that the rack was also fixed already.
My feedback is also that the adjustment of the weights takes a while to figure out. If this is an issue and budget is not an issue, their latest model is more suitable for purchase instead. Otherwise,I recommend this as your home purchase for the same satisfaction.

Adjustable mechanism: firm and easy to use. Minimal clanks.
Dumbbell: grip girth and texture make it comfortable to grab. Dimensions are also in line with standard dumbbells.
Packaging: tightly secured within a box with styrofoam. Was a bit hard to remove the dumbbells, but seemed worth it to ensure that the items were protected during delivery.
Delivery: ordered just before midnight and received 12 hours later. Polite courier.
Service: seller took the initiative to update me on the delivery time within 10 minutes of ordering. Also checked whether I had any issues a few days after.
Super fast next day delivery. Great customer service. Will patronise shop again if i need other gym equipment.
