Dan whom delivered was polite and called as I wasn't home. Items well packed with styrofoam and bubble wrap. Having used only dumb/bar bells in the past can't wait to get stuck into these 👍. Stable, compact, convenient to adjust weight. Good grip for the average palm size. Possible to do L-sits with the weights on their holders. I prefer black over the metallic version as it creates less clanking sound when I hit against the other plates left on the holders. Probably possible to tie the plates to yourself with a strap for pull ups or dips. Very responsive seller

Bought adjustable dumbbells recently from them. Impressed with how sturdy they are. The build feels solid, weight changes are quick and smooth, and they save a lot of space in my HDB compared to traditional dumbbells. Perfect for home and what I need.
