Servicing:

Partial servicing every 50 hours of use or every 3 months:

• Wipe and lubricate the chain. Use 3-in-1 oil or 20W motor oil (do not use a solvent like WD40).

Full servicing every 250 hours of use or every 1 year:

• Check the chain for stiff links. If lubrication doesn’t resolve the issue, replace the chain.

• Inspect the chain-handle connection. Replace the entire connection if there’s elongation in the hole or significant wear on the U-bolt.

• Ensure proper handle return. If the handle doesn’t return fully to the fan enclosure, adjust the shock cord. If shock cord is worn out, replace it.

• Tighten all screws. Check all assembly screws and ensure they are secure.

• Adjust performance monitor's arm tension. Loosen or tighten the nuts at the arm joints as needed.

• Clean the flywheel. Use a flashlight to inspect for dust inside. Vacuum if necessary.

We provide full servicing for $99 at your place (does not include replacement cost if needed for chains, chain-handle connection and shock cord).

If you experience any issues with your product within the first year of receipt, simply reach out to us, and we will either provide you a 1-for-1 exchange or your money back.
