Stable, compact, convenient to adjust weight. Good grip for the average palm size. Possible to do L-sits with the weights on their holders. I prefer black over the metallic version as it creates less clanking sound when I hit against the other plates left on the holders. Probably possible to tie the plates to yourself with a strap for pull ups or dips. Very responsive seller
