Servicing:

Partial servicing every 50 hours of use or every 3 months:

- Wipe and lubricate the treadmill belt. Use 3-in-1 oil or 20W motor oil (do not use a solvent like WD40).

- Tighten all screws. Check all assembly screws and bolts throughout the treadmill frame and performance monitor, ensuring they are secure.

- Adjust performance monitor’s arm tension. Loosen or tighten the nuts at the monitor arm joints as needed for smooth operation.

Full servicing every 250 hours of use or every 1 year:

- Check the treadmill belt for stiff spots or uneven wear. If lubrication doesn’t resolve the issue, consider replacing the belt.

- Inspect the belt-guide and frame connection. Replace any worn-out bolts or connection parts if there is elongation in holes or significant wear.

- Ensure proper belt alignment. If the belt drifts to one side or doesn’t run smoothly, adjust the tension bolts according to the manual. Replace worn tension springs if necessary.
