These are a good set of adjustable dumbbells. They are quiet, relatively stable, confidence inspiring in use.
The rack makes a good difference for me as it sets up the weights at an easy height to adjust and deploy. The rack looks good but is cumbersome to put together. Not overly complex, just cumbersome.
